Information & Character The wine is named after Marianne & Fons Aaldering's (the owners) granddaughter Florence. Fermented in steel tanks and aged on the lees for 10 months. Served around 8-10 degrees. Fresh but with notes of tropical fruit, melon and stone fruit. Medium-bodied taste with notes of guava, a little flint and citrus in the background.
Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
