Information & Character Direct pressing of the grapes after harvest only during the coldest hours of the morning to preserve the fruit and a pale color. Pre-fermentation in cold storage for a week followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20 °). Very aromatic, expressive and complex nose with aromas of peach, apricot, roses and spicy cedar. Beautiful refreshing taste where we find notes of apricot. A very balanced wine with a beautiful roundness and a floral finish.

Production After fermentation is complete, the wine matures on its lees for 3 months.

Soil Clay, limestone, gravel, sedimentary rock, sand and shale.

Suitable for Excellent as an aperitif, refreshing drink, but also with salads

Domaine Longue Tubi is a family-owned winery in Provence that combines the rocky, challenging terroir of the Var region with an organic/semi-organic way of growing. They produce rosé, white and red under both the AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Maures, and the wines have been recognized for their quality. The owners are the Buisine Family – Catarina & François Buisine. The vineyard is located on a rocky plateau. They have a focus on organic or on the way to organic viticulture (“conversion biologique”) and strict cultivation methods.
