Information & Character This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir from prestigious terroirs and aged in stainless steel to retain all its fruit. Soft tannins and red fruits in the mouth. Traditional fermentation, cap-punching, then the wine is aged for a few months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain varietal characteristics. Lively, elegant expression of Pinot Noir, with a focus on the clarity of the fruit and terroir. Hints of cherry, raspberry and red currant meet subtle earthy and floral undertones. Soft, silky texture with fine tannins and a lively finish. Beautiful balance between minerality, depth and finesse.

Production Traditional fermentation, cap-punching, then the wine is aged for a few months in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain varietal characteristics.

Soil Limestone and clay soil

Suitable for Perfect with cheeses and Beouf Bourgignon.
