Information & Character It covers the southern and southwestern side of Mont de Bessay, the last hill of Beaujolais, on the border with Mâconnais. The vineyards extend over the villages of Pruzilly, Émeringes, Jullié and Juliénas. Winemaking: The whole grapes are put into vats for carbonation and maceration, then it is matured for a few months in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal characteristics. Perfumed aromas of blue grapes, lavender, red cherries and raspberries. Dry, medium-bodied wine with a good medium acidity, tart fruity and floral taste with light tannins and a fresh, refreshing finish.

Production The whole grapes are placed in vats for carbonation and maceration, then they are matured for a few months in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal characteristics.
