Information & Character Here we are dealing with their white wine, it is a white wine made from 50% Sauvignon and 50% Semillon, which are the two classic white grapes of Bordeaux. Traditional vinification, temperature-controlled fermentation at 18°C. The wine has been aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months to preserve the wonderful character of Sauvignon and guarantee exceptional freshness. Wonderfully fresh and fruity dry white wine that exhibits aromas of white flowers, pineapple, peach and mandarin from Sauvignon. A fantastic roundness and intensity in the mouth, which gives hints of honey, lemon and almond on the lingering finish. Although very pleasant now, this wine will gain extra complexity and can be aged.

Production The must was fermented for 8 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Soil Clay soil in the east and more gravelly soil in the west

Suitable for Perfect with lighter dishes of fish and poultry and as an appetizer.

About the Producer

The vineyard was founded in 1850 by Albert Duran, in the Graves appellation. The estate is located at the highest point of the entire Graves appellation at an altitude of 113 meters. Albert Perromat represents the 7th generation, he has brought new ideas and a more modern style. He follows the family traditions of producing wine in the appellation.
