Information & Character The wine is fermented in the traditional way in stainless steel during a long, cool fermentation process to retain the fruity aromas of the grapes. Those aged in steel tanks become fresher and fruitier in style. The wine is food-friendly and affordable - and not least damn good. Fruity, aromatic aroma with hints of blackcurrant leaves, pears, gooseberries, white currants, herbs and lemon. The taste is aromatic, very fresh taste and with hints of blackcurrant leaves, white currants, gooseberries, herbs and lemon.

Production The must was fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Soil Limestone and clay soil

Goes with Perfect with sushi, seafood and grilled fish.

About the Producer

Bruno Cazautets comes from a wine family, as his grandfather was one of the founders of Cave de Sauveterre, and represents the 5th generation at the helm of Château Bruni which owns more than 66ha. Aware of its impact on the environment, he has been following "sensible agriculture" since 2005.
