Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, aging in French barriques for 18 months. Enveloping with intense aromas of wild berries. Fruity, full-bodied and persistent.

Production 6-7 days of fermentation and skin maceration at 25-30 degrees in steel tanks.

Soil Lime and clay-rich soil and to some extent sand.

Goes with Perfect meat dishes, game and cheese.

About the Producer

It all began in 1988, when Aldo and Riccardo released the first bottle of Barolo under the Seghesio label. Today in the company next to Riccardo are the nephews Michela, Sandro and Marco. Together they take care of all aspects of the business: in the vineyard from pruning to picking, in the cellar from winemaking to sales, in the office from administration to marketing. The estate extends over 10 hectares of vineyards that produce around 60,000 bottles.
