Information & Character A wine with a strong personality, aged in steel tanks and barriques. With a garnet red color and a floral and fruity bouquet, it is very fresh and elegant in the mouth. Vinification on the skins in rotary fermenters with temperature control between 25-30°C for about 7-8 days, aging in concrete tanks for 9 months. From 20-year-old vines that are picked for him in October. Elegant aroma of cherries, red berries, white pepper, anise and minerality. The taste is medium-bodied and elegant with good fruit, fine structure and well-integrated character.

About the Producer

It all began in 1988, when Aldo and Riccardo released the first bottle of Barolo under the Seghesio label. Today in the company next to Riccardo are the nephews Michela, Sandro and Marco. Together they take care of all aspects of the business: in the vineyard from pruning to picking, in the cellar from winemaking to sales, in the office from administration to marketing. The estate extends over 10 hectares of vineyards that produce around 60,000 bottles.
