The grapes are separated from the stems immediately and after a light pressing, the yolk must is racked and clarified to ferment for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature between 10 and 16ºC in order to maintain the fullness of the fruit. Aromas of green apples are mixed with lemon and tropical fruits. This is a well-balanced wine with soft flavors as well as a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.

About the Producer
Bodega Luzon is one of the largest producers and exporters of DOP Jumilla wine since it was founded by Don José de Molina. He was a commander of the royal armies stationed in the Philippines and decided to return to his homeland of Jumilla after finishing his military career, naming his property "Finca Luzón" in honor of the island where he spent so much time and which always remained in his life. Since 1966, DOP Jumilla. has become one of the oldest designations of origin in Spain.
