Information & Character Signature wine made with a selection of the best vines from our vineyards in Bocos on the "El Carrascalejo" estate, located on alluvial soils of gravel, sand and clay. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in fine-grained, medium-roasted French oak barrels and is then aged for 9 months until bottling. PREVIUS is a complex wine, full of nuances that reflect the terroir of the right bank of the Duero River as it flows through Bocos. Intense aroma, with abundant notes of forest berries where blueberries, currants and blackberries dominate, well integrated with notes of caramel, sandalwood and dried fruit, with subtle spicy nuances such as nutmeg and white pepper. On the palate it is full and fleshy, with an elegant harmony of sweet tannins that make it a round and flavorful wine.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged only in oak tanks.

Soil Alluvial with sand and clay to lime.

Pairs well with red meat, poultry and cheese.

About the Producer

Bodegas y Viñedos Arco de Curiel was born in 1998 with a spirit and a vocation for quality, guided by respect for the traditional winemaking methods typical of Ribera del Duero. The winery takes its name from the "Magdalena Arch", next to which it is located, and whose history dates back to the 12th century. At Arco de Curiel, we have almost 35 hectares of our own vineyards on the Duero River – in the municipalities of Bocos and Curiel de Duero – which guarantees us the possibility of producing unique wines made exclusively from our own grapes and allows us to control the production process from vineyard to bottle.
