Information & Character Made entirely from small old vines of "tinto fino". The goal when choosing these vines is to get grapes that give us maturity, balance and sincerity. This is the key to making a wine true to its style year after year. The vineyards are located in the Valdearados area. One of the most extreme and deeply rooted regions within the DO and therefore of exceptional quality. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Aromatic and clear plum and raspberry aroma. Very balanced. Long and spicy, with a touch of sweet bark wood. Round finish but still with depth and in perfect harmony.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged only in oak tanks.

Soil Alluvial with sand and clay to lime.

Pairs well with red meat, poultry and cheese.

About the Producer

Since 2014, the winery has been owned by Oscar Garrote, Diego Alvarez Gorosito, Felipe Castrillo and a group of wine-loving Swedes with close ties to Ribera del Duero. Felipe Castrillo continues to be the winemaker and founding partner of the winery. The project began during the 2005 harvest with the commitment to produce wines well differentiated according to their origin. The work carried out with this objective over these years has led us to seek uniqueness within different areas of the designation of origin. Right now we control a total of 19.5 hectares distributed over 16 plots and 4 different geographical areas.
