Information & Character Wild is a brand created specifically to occupy the first line of our wines. The location of the vineyard in an open area of the valley, together with an exceptional exposure and geography, allows us to achieve an early maturity and preserve good acidity. Very important aspects to obtain a well-structured and ripe wine but maintaining the freshness that marks the personality of this wine. “Located in an open area of the valley, with exceptional exposure and geography. Early maturity and good acidity are the keys to this wild Tempranillo”. Ripe red fruit together with mineral and balsamic notes. Well-balanced acidity and silky tannins. A fairly light wine, but still with good structure and speed.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged only in oak tanks.

Soil Alluvial with sand and clay to lime.

Goes well with light meat and also pasta.

About the Producer

Since 2014, the winery has been owned by Oscar Garrote, Diego Alvarez Gorosito, Felipe Castrillo and a group of wine-loving Swedes with close ties to Ribera del Duero. Felipe Castrillo continues to be the winemaker and founding partner of the winery. The project began during the 2005 harvest with the commitment to produce wines well differentiated according to their origin. The work carried out with this objective over these years has led us to seek uniqueness within different areas of the designation of origin. Right now we control a total of 19.5 hectares distributed over 16 plots and 4 different geographical areas.
