Information & Character It is handmade by Bocopa. It contains extracts, mainly wormwood, herbs, roots, spices, flowers and fruits, which have been macerated in wine to give it a characteristic bitter and refreshing aroma and taste, but with a distinct elegance. Aromas of aromatic herbs, spices and hints of citrus. Reminiscent of wormwood, sage and subtle cinnamon notes. Intense, balanced and very long taste, with bitter but elegant notes.

Soil Clayey soils with a high proportion of stone and sand.

Goes with Perfectly pairs with all types of appetizers such as marmalade, salted food or roasted nuts.

About the Producer

Bodegas Bocopa was founded in 1987, when a group of wineries in Alicante came together to improve the marketing of their production. So it was decided to park the sale of bulk and focus more on bottled wine in order to sell as much as possible of the production of wine cellars in Alicante. A decision that would be fundamental for the future of the company. Today, that future is already past.
