Information & Character This wine is unoaked and should therefore be treated as a white wine. It will age well for 5 years from vintage and was bottled with agglomerated cork to preserve fruit and freshness. Juicy aromas of plum and dark fruit are backed by red berries, mocha and dark chocolate. Hints of woodland and salty mushroom aromas add depth to the enticing aroma. Full-bodied in nature, with soft, velvety tannins that are linear and long, supporting the dark fruit flavours backed by lively acidity that provides length at the end of the palate.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Goes with Perfect with tuna as well as lamb, pork or chicken.
