Information & Character The vines were planted in 1998 and grow at 110-160m above sea level facing southeast. Cold season produced small grapes with concentrated flavor. Fermented in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. A mix of new and old. Aged in barrels for 18 months before bottling. Fruity aroma of red berries with spicy notes. Full-bodied flavor of dark berries, some cedar & soft balanced tannins.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Suitable for Perfect with game as well as lamb, pork or beef.
