Information & Character The vines were planted in 2007 in the Devon Valley at 110-160 m above sea level. They have been on the lees in French oak barrels, (30% new and 70% second and third filling) for 10 months. Buttery with aromas of citrus & paprika and a fullness & butteriness with notes of toast & fruit.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Suitable for Perfect with grilled fish, as well as lobster soup.
