Information & Character The vines were planted in 2008 at 110-160 m above sea level. The grapes were picked at three different stages of ripeness to contribute complexity and balance to the final blend of this fine wine. White asparagus, green pepper and elegant floral notes on the nose with a hint of passion fruit. Great minerality adds balance and character. The full-bodied palate is followed by more green pepper and grapefruit which is balanced by a restrained acidity.

Production The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Soil Sand and granite soil

Perfect to serve with seafood or sautéed asparagus and grated gruyère.
