Information & Character It is actually one of the farm's "signature wines" and comes from higher vineyards with a lot of stone in the soil, which affects the taste a lot. The wine is a fairly typical, modern German Riesling in the dry style ("trocken") - fresh, mineral and quite easy to drink. Quite "typical Rheingau style" - a little stronger than Mosel but still elegant. Fresh and moist aroma of pear, apricot and grapefruit. The taste is elegant with hints of pear, apricot with a fresh tone of grapefruit and mineral.

Production After fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes maturation on its lees.

Soil Lime-rich soil

Perfect as a companion wine, but also with vegetarian dishes as well as poultry, seafood, cheese and pork dishes.

Trenz has been practicing for more than 340 years...which you can taste! Fine wines require the winemaker's commitment and willingness to explore new paths. Due to diligent care of the vineyards and correctly pruned vines, the extract and weight of the must are higher. A late and selective grape harvest by hand and a delicate compression of the grapes optimize the must. By using the most modern techniques while working in the wine cellar and allowing a slow cold fermentation, they produce fresh, fruity and rich high-quality wines.
